We do this by creating a value proposition, which defines the services being provided, the customers’ cost for the services, and evaluating the customers’ expectations. We develop a value proposition by asking our customers questions and listening to what they find to be a good value. We customize each job by determining the Scope of Work (what we are painting) and then developing a Specification (what we are doing to the surface being painted). Specifications can change based on which product would be best for a particular environment. What does not change is our standards. We set a very high standard for ourselves and take a lot of pride in the services we provide for our customers. Our standard is to always provide a high-quality painting service, with no runs, drips, sags, missed spots, or areas where paint does not belong.
